ALL PRICES INCLUDE VAT/MOMS 25%.

POSTAGE COST;

Your order will be sent via Posten, Sweden's postal service.  

For orders within Sweden the cost is 60sek per order.

For orders within DK, FI, IS, NO the cost is 90sek per order.

Other countries the cost is 150sek per order.

*This fee is standard for each order, regardless of how many pieces you
order, so the more you order at one time the more you save!

If you are outside of Europe please email us before you order. Tell us the
details of what you would like to order & your location & we
will email you back as soon as possible with postage costs. We will send
via Posten unless you request an alternative.

We will make every effort to despatch orders within 3 working days but
please allow for up to 14 days for despatch of your order. If your order
will be delayed longer than 14 days we will notify you (usually by
email) & give you the option to cancel your order.

RETURNS & DAMAGED GOODS

You are welcome to return your order if you are not happy with it. The
items must to be returned in their original condition (unused) within 14
days. Clothing must be unused and unwashed. We will then refund the cost of the goods via the same method that you made payment, excluding delivery.

Return the item together with the bill/packing slip (or a copy). Please note
that it is your responsibility to pay for return postage. We will only
refund the postage fee if the goods are faulty or not as ordered.

The colours of our products are photographed & reproduced as accurately
as possible. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site
due to computer picture resolution & your monitor settings.

Our products are manufactured in Thailand. Many of our products are
handmade so there may be slight variations in size, colour etc.

We reserve the right,

*To cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action
by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We
will refund the amount paid using the original method received.

*To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are correct.
